I have to take it off and mess with that ski goggle band until it feels okay, but then it gets too tight and the ears get more pushed. Now I sometimes get pain on my head cause the aluminium band pushes directly on it. So I never had to mess a lot with the ski goggle strap Arctis uses, but after 6 months it already started to change. I have a decent sized head, not too big not too small. Many reviewers don't talk about this, but long term the Arctis ski goggle straps become very bad and overall ruin the good words spoken about the headphone series. Need help with a submission? Rule 1 - Tech/customer support questions are only allowed in.If you are finding that the battery isn't lasting as long as expected, please let our support team know. We opted for a simpler charge detection feature to reduce the cost passed on to our customers, so sometimes the indicator will show an amber "charging" status even when fully charged. Not seeing the green LED during charging while powered off? Don't worry, this doesn't indicate a fault with your headset. If the headset power is on, amber indicates a charge of 1-89%, while green indicates 90-100%. If the headset power is off, amber indicates charging and green indicates a full charge. While plugged in, a battery status LED will turn on next to the USB port. Avoid storing headsets in extreme temperatures.Avoid long periods in a discharged state.Disconnect the cable when charging is complete. It is not necessary to fully drain the battery. If you're using a USB port on a computer to charge, make sure the port is powered. Wireless Corsair headsets charge via the included micro-USB cable, and normally take an hour or two to charge completely (depending upon the output of the power source).
